The right pillar represents the involutional forces of matter,
The left the evolutional forces of the spirit.

Envisage the Temple of the Grand Lodge of ATH-KA-PTAH.
Try and sense the presence of the Masters and the Master IMHOTEP. Call them with your mind...
Then relax. Eliminate all physical tension from your body.
And rid yourself of all emotional and mental tension
so that worldly concerns and troubles no longer affect your consciousness.

Connect yourself to the Egregore of the Order by pronouncing the following Invocation:

And to you inhabitants of AMENTI
Greetings to the Guardians of the Thresholds of the DUAT
You who protect the Neters
You who pronounce the Names of the newcomers, in front of OSIRIS
Who raise before Him a Magic Barrier,

Who shed Light and drive out Darkness
Who contemplate the great and holy Divinity
And live in communion with his Life!
You All, invoke the one that dwells in the Solar Orb!

Here is the motionless figure of HOR of Two Horizons

Raise very slowly the two arms until they join over your head
by the extremity of fingers (inspiration),
Then lower them very slowly (expiration).
At the same time make an energetic effort so that your KÂ (your "astral body")
goes out of you .

During the expiration, say mentally: SEKHEM KAÏ (Powerful is my KA).
Raise both arms very slowly until their finger ends join above your head (inhale),
Then lower them very slowly (exhale).
At the same time make an energetic effort
so that your KÂ (your "astral body") goes out of you.
During exhalation, say mentally: "SEKHEM KAI (Powerful is my KA)".

At this moment pronounce the following Invocation:

Traduction : (I am the keeper of my Akashic Records, of all which is, and which shall be. Eternity it is and Everlastingness. Oh, Three Paths and Two Pillars; open your portals!)

The Mirror will show you the result:
After a while, which could be more or less late depending on your natural abilities,
your image will disappear and you will see yourself no longer.

Direct your KA towards the astral Lodge of the Temple of Ptah
and ask to enter into communication with an Instructor
to admit you into the Mysteries of the Grand Lodge of ATH-KA-PTAH.

We suggest you an exercise in order to progress: you are going to work the two cerebral hemispheres.

The right hemisphere of the brain is the centre of the intuition, the abstract thought
, the left hemisphere of the brain is the centre of the analytical and concrete thought.
Obviously, the balance between these two hemispheres is not realized for everybody ;
one of the two always prevails over the other one.

When these two parts are developed harmoniously,
mental work is strongly improved hence the arrival of "powers",
but this is only the liberation of a very small part of your subconscious.

In the practice that is suggested here, the Clear-sightedness itself is stimulated :
it is a particular state of the waking consciousness.

RITE
Every evening before going to sleep.
Sitting with a broad back or stretching out,
breathe in deeply several times in order to relax completely.
Breathe normally and be conscious of all your body (heartbeats, breathing, internal noises, etc.)
Focus your consciousness for a moment on your breathing.
Stare at the centre of your forehead (squint)
and give rhythm to your breathing by staying in apnoea for one moment.

From this moment, visualize a brilliant light at the top of your skull and vibrate mentally:
" SEKHEM EN PTAH-SEKER-ASAR ",
without stopping for a few minutes.

Light flows out into the right hemisphere of your brain and this zone gets illuminated.
Vibrate mentally: " SEKHEM EN SEKHMET "
Light flows out into the left hemisphere of your brain and this zone gets illuminated.
Vibrate likewise: " SEKHEM EN NEFER-TEM "
Keep the visualization of these three points
by continuing to vibrate mentally the Egyptian Divine Names.

Now light increases and concentrates in the two hemispheres so much,
that it mixes and merges in the centre of your forehead.
At this moment, vibrate mentally and without stopping "SEKHEM EN PTAH-SEKER-ASAR"
as long as possible while keeping eye convergence and the light between the eyebrows.

It is more than likely that your body will undergo strange sensations
(impression of swinging, dazzles , uncontrolled motions, sensation of levitation).
They are normal because invisible channels open to let new energies flow in your body.
